Davies, Robertson (Patricia Morley)
Tempest-Tost (Association Copy)
Clarke Irwin, Toronto, 1951. 1951. 1st. Hardcover. First Canadian edition. 8vo, green cloth, dustjacket. VG/Good copy. Text has the usual fading to the cloth along the edges and to the spine. Spine a bit slanted, cloth worn at lower tips. Dj is not price-clipped, front and rear panels quite fresh overall, though spine a bit faded as usual. Moderate wear to extremities with some loss to tips, small chips (about one-half inch) at spine-ends. A respectable copy of this fragile dj with no major tears. Scan available. This copy belonged to Patricia Morley who wrote the Robertson Davies volume in the Profiles in Canadian Drama series, and bears her ownership signature on the front free endpaper and extensive notes throughout. An interesting association copy. Very Good/Dust Jacket Included.
